The drawing depicts Jax being a victim of her own coping mechanisms that are slowly killing her. There are several deep bleeding cuts across the body, which represents the trauma she bares that she could never move past. On 3 of these cuts are small bandages, all with their own face to symbolize the different masks that Jax wore to cope, and the cuts still bleed to show that they are ineffective at healing the wounds. To the left of her are many eyes to represent the abstraction/death she's slowly succumbing to, and the shrinking right is what's left of her femininity/humanity. Other details include the persistent use of trans flag colors, as well as the small eyelashes as a symbol of her repressed self.

The drawing depicts what might have been behind the locked door in the lobby during the Jax mind sequence from TADC's final episode. This is the part of her mind that accepted the bow given by ribbit and embraced femininity, before being promptly locked away due to a fear response caused by unresolved trauma. She is stripped of her normal pink overalls, which shows that this is the most bare and exposed iteration of Jax that exists within the mind. Additionally, she is hunched over on the floor while clutching herself tightly, representing the isolation and shame that came with being put away in a locked room away from reality.
