First drawing is the two seeing each other for the first time, they are very happy and excited. Second drawing is them doing the cute bark Blue does in the series.

Fan comic featuring a young Asriel, a toddler Kris, and a younger Toriel from Deltarune.

Asriel is helping Kris speak and telling them they will always be safe and cared for in their new family. Kris, who takes the word by heart, attempts to speak. Though they end up letting out a howl similar to a puppy.

Regardless, Asriel is overjoyed and hugs Kris. Toriel, who saw the whole thing is amazed. She is also relieved to see Kris open up at all, let alone show any sign of comfort and joy.

[When drawing this, I was imagining how the early days might be with Kris and the Dreemur family. A young kid who needed more time speaking for the first time and opening up to their new family. Was inspired by childhood memories & the video of the baby that let out a cute howl with his dad!]
