i spent three days trying to find a good pose for a nice, tight crop. really wanted to do something with a prominent expression, without going in so tight to be a proper portrait. but everything clicked tonight... SUPER happy with how it turned out.

i'm still not as comfortable shooting outside as i am inside, probably because i have to deal with too many blues and greens, and my shaders are more geared to warmer tones. basically it just means that i have a bit more to do in editing... punching up the cool tones so they're not totally washed out. ;3

this is something i wanted to play with for a while now. and even though i could have spent another three hours posing more sets of arms, i'm really happy with what i landed with. all told it was four different poses, captured in camera, with just a minimal bit of editing/retouching. ;3c

$so this one has a little more graphic design to it than usual, but i'm still really happy with how it turned out. the leg leash is a nice touch... probably definitely worth the effort that went into it. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯$
