Sparks fly and solar arcs burn into dark space as Jax radiates into brilliant phosphorescence. Their form trembling and fragmenting, struggling to stay together just a moment longer while held in Pomni's arms. Pomni, clutching tightly, leaning forwards, as if her bodyweight alone might be enough to keep her dear friend in one piece - to bring them actual peace and take them home. The floor ripples with pink light in response to the two of them adjusting weight and footing. It won't be enough.
