Doctor W.D. Gaster (left) and the Roaring Knight (right) are standing in the void seen during the vessel-creation screen at the beginning of the game. Gaster looks down at himself in surprise as he's suddenly wearing traditional Roman attire, and the Knight leans in from offscreen. To their left is a prophecy panel and a titan spawn, and behind them is a hexagonal ice crystal (presumably containing officer Undyne) with a post-it note on it that says "Polic" and a second ripped one next to it that says "e" (Clearly whoever stuck that on wrote it too big).
Knight: "What's with the toga Doc?"

Gaster stares out of the shelter door through the electronic lock, which has swung open like a window. The Knight and ice crystal are still visible in the back, and the Bird That Carries You Over A Disproportionately Small Gap can be seen flying in the top-right.
Gaster (Translated from wingdings): "THE LIGHTNERS MUST HAVE SLAIN THE TITAN."
Knight: "How?"

Gaster is staring at a prophecy panel depicting a diagram with pictures of Kris' SOUL, the CORE, "Wing Gaster the royal scientist" & Dess and the menu icons for chapters 1-3, all connected by lines, as well as Deltarune's logo. He's somehow placing chapter 4's icon onto it.
Gaster: "THEY SEALED IT OF COURSE! THE HUMAN MADE THEIR WAY INSIDE IT AND USED THEIR SOUL ON IT LIKE ANY OTHER DARK FOUNTAIN!"

โ Meanwhile... IMAGE_FRIEND is crawling through the 3rd Sanctuary, in the hallway containing the prophecy's final panels. It looks shocked as a blinding white light (likely from Kris sealing the fountain just up ahead) approaches it. It then ends up in chapter 5's dark world, much smaller than before and having seemingly been hurt based on its photonegative colours. It's staring up at the Fun Gang as they run past it.
